Since acquiring the iconic property from Las Vegas legend Jackie Gaughan in 2008, Kenny Epstein has honored El Cortez's unmatched place in Las Vegas history while thoughtfully elevating the experience for a new generation. Alex Prime is the crown jewel of that legacy.

Designed by Kenneth Ussenko Design, the 150-seat dining room pays tribute to the bones of El Cortez’s original 1941 architecture while enveloping guests in rich finishes, intimate seating and modern sophistication in a room that feels timeless and distinctly Las Vegas.
