Alex Prime is a luxury New York-style steakhouse at the historic El Cortez Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas. USDA Prime cuts, slow-roasted prime rib and fresh seafood are paired with a New World wine collection and a cocktail program rooted in El Cortez lore. The elegant dining room offers emerald-green banquettes, cognac leather and gold detailing. Established in 1941, early owners included notorious figures in Las Vegas history, Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel and Meyer Lansky, and El Cortez was a Hollywood favorite during the Rat Pack era. Alex Prime is just steps from the casino and main entrance, which offers complimentary valet parking.
